It is the first dual-wavelength laser in the world which means Fotona 4D Pro combines two different wavelengths of lasers to give the skin thorough tightening, lifting and rejuvenation in different skin layers and different ways. The dual-wavelength laser rejuvenates the skin in multiple ways during one treatment, including reducing fine lines and wrinkles, tightening the loose skin, smoothing out nasolabial lines, contouring the jawline, while improving the skin tone and texture and reducing enlarged pores.
What does the Fotona 4D Pro treatment involve
Before any treatment, we will conduct a full consultation with you to check your skin and discuss your concerns. To better access your skin, we may do a VISIA skin analysis during the consultation which enables us to see the problems under the skin’s surface. Once we decide if you are a suitable candidate for Fotona 4D Pro, a patch test will be required two weeks before the formal treatment.
The treatment is very comfortable and doesn’t require any anaesthetic or numbing before the treatment. There are four steps of the treatment using different modalities including the laser to treat from inside of the mouth and on the surface of the skin. Your skin may feel a little bit warm during the treatment. Sunscreen will be put on after the treatment to avoid any risk of hyperpigmentation. You can resume your daily activities after the treatment.
