There's something wrong with my purchase. Do i still need to pay for it?
No, you don’t need to pay for items that are damaged, broken, or faulty. Report the issue in your Klarna account to pause your statement until it’s resolved with the retailer. Once the retailer confirms your cancellation or return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
